Happy New Year!!!

A year has almost gone and another new year awaits. Looking back the year 2009 and see what we have done or achieved so far, so that we could plan what to do to achieve our dreams. Well, I have mine too. Here are the list:
  1. To bring Sam Yap Photography to a higher level.
  2. To save enough money to visit Japan or Australia.
  3. To complete a book on travel photography.
Well, there are much more. It would be endless if I go on. But these are definitely on top of my priority. Let's hope I could achieve all of them this time of the year next year.

Wish you all have a great and wonderful year ahead. Stay healthy and keep shooting...

Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas!!

An early one that's it, at the Little Mandarin House in Bangsar. Those kids just loved to have party. They had magic show, games, face painting and of course foods!!! I am sure those kids had lots of fun cos I felt like I was a kid too.

Sleeping babies are such adorable. Looking at them really make my day. I really love taking their photos especially if they are newborn and sleeping. Nothing beats a portrait of sleeping newborn...

It's A Wedding But...

Received a call last week for enquiry to shoot a wedding. Well, sort of. The caller was the groom's sister actually looking for a photographer to shoot her two lovely kids during the dinner reception. She thought that would be a perfect time to have family photos as well. Hmm... I guessed when would be a better time than wedding to have all your relatives present at the same time.

It's The time Of The Year!

I have been asked to make the photo collage for a mandarin learning kindergarten/nursery in Bangsar called Little Mandarin House. I have done some photo shooting for this particular kindergarten/nursery before but not the collage thing. They have never seen anything like that before. So this is new to them and the kids.

I had fun though and hope they too, especially the kids. Here are some of my favourite shots...
